Three-team NBA trade sends Dort to Hawks, Risacher to Mavs: reports

Oklahoma City have sent guard Lugentz Dort to Atlanta who moved 2024 top overall NBA draft pick Zaccharie Risacher to Dallas in a three-team swap, according to multiple reports on Sunday.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and ESPN, citing unnamed sources, reported that the deal also sent former Dallas guard Ryan Nembhard to Atlanta and three second-round draft picks to Oklahoma City.

Dort, a 27-year-old Canadian, was on the 2025 NBA All-Defensive Team as he helped the Thunder win last year's NBA crown. He averaged 8.3 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists this past season.

Risacher, a 21-year-old Frenchman, averaged 12.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists in his rookie campaign with the Hawks but his playing time fell last season with only 9.6 points over 67 appearances, 46 as a starter.

Nembhard, a 23-year-old Canadian, averaged 6.6 points, 5.3 assists and 2.2 rebounds a game for Dallas as a rookie last season. His brother Andrew plays for Indiana.

Oklahoma City traded swingman Andrew Wiggins to the Hawks and Isaiah Joe to Detroit earlier this month in deals that brought the Thunder four other second-round picks and together with the Dort deal will save the club $200 million in salary cap space.
